I guess you could say I’m a natural …

… when it comes to the holistic arts. From the first I was raised in an environment that fostered both intellectual and spiritual exploration. As a native of Southern California in a time known for eccentric gurus, spoon benders and snake oil prophets, remembering past lives, reading crystal ball and lucid dreaming by the age of 4 was almost considered normal. 

Under the loving and unusual guidance of my mother Betty Link aka Phoenix, a psychic-medium, psychotherapist and metaphysical pastor, nothing was off limits when it came to learning. I was the youngest psychic to work at the Renaissance Pleasure Faire in Agoura California reading tarot when I was 15 and have continued in the field offering private sessions, in addition to performing as a psychic entertainer at weddings, bar mitzvahs, parties and corporate events for over 40 years. 

Later in life having discovered I could hear songs in the ether and that I possessed a natural talent for music, I pursued a music career. I have been fortunate to travel the world making music and have, along with my partner in life and love Christian Nesmith, released over 15 albums of original music. During the COVID lockdown I realized I could help people deal with their struggles and achieve goals with a more focused application of change work. So I earned two Practitioner Certifications in Neuro-Linguistic Programming, and followed that up with a Hypnosis Certification thereby expanding my ability to transform and enlighten lives in exciting and transformative ways. 

It is my hope to help anyone and everyone who happens across my path, as each of us are perfect in our making but sometimes need a little support.

To quote, with a sparkle in my eye, the great Zen Master Shunryu Suzuki, “Each of you (us) is perfect the way you (we) are… and can use a little improvement.”

The kind of hypnosis I practice is flexible and custom-tailored for each person as I encounter them. Developing rapport and listening are the first steps in my process, which fosters an environment of trust, safety and even play. Sometimes traditional hypnosis is best for some; at other times a more conversational style is better. Always the aim is to give the client full control in this very cooperative practice.

When it comes to dreamwork, I am naturally indebted to those who have pioneered this mysterious art. I incorporate archetypal understandings as well as newer techniques into my work as I interpret dreams through the lenses of various cultures, religions and philosophies. Again, I am thankful for my mother teaching and encouraging me from the cradle to observe and experiment with my dreams. And at the age of 8 I began to lucid dream, learning how to manipulate and even cultivate certain themes, situations and skills!

Lastly, I cherish my relationship to tarot; it is so deeply a part of me that it’s hard to explain how I do what I do. I have studied numerology, astrology, symbology, color theory, fine art, poetry, philosophy, theosophy, theodicy, and other, related topics to remain in good standing with the cosmic and or divine forces that guide my understanding of this delightful craft.

My central ethos is one of love, and I strive to apply that living principle to each atom of this amazing cosmos to the best of my ability all while hopefully being of good cheer and remembering to laugh whenever possible!
