Choose a Comfortable Environment


Find a quiet place where you will not be interrupted. A comfortable chair, stable internet connection, and headphones can help.


Be Ready to Relax and Focus


Hypnosis works best when you are relaxed but alert. Give yourself a few quiet minutes before the session, if possible.


Technical Preparation


Please ensure Zoom, FaceTime, or Messenger is working before the session begins. And if possible please use earbuds for ensuring audio fidelity.


Set a Simple Intention


Think about what you would most like to change or improve. You do not need to have the perfect words—just a general direction.

How long is each session?

Each session typically lasts 60 minutes to provide a comprehensive and personalized experience.

What technology do I need for my session?

A stable internet connection and a device with video capability are all you need to connect smoothly. Headphones or earbuds prefered.

What should I prepare before my session?

Find a quiet, comfortable space and have any questions or goals ready to maximize your time.

Can I reschedule or cancel a session?

Yes, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule or cancel without penalties.

Are the sessions confidential?

Absolutely, all sessions are held with strict confidentiality to ensure your privacy and comfort.
