As any of you who follow me on social media will know I am an avid reader. I think it’s important to read all genres and formats, including fiction, nonfiction, graphic novels, newspapers, magazines, and whatever tickles your fancy!

Many of you may also know that Christian (my husband) and I are huge Jeopardy fans. Not only do we watch the show religiously, we also try to catch as many tapings per year as possible, which for us is convenient because we’re in based in Los Angeles and Jeopardy shoots in Culver City. It’s always a wonderful date night for us. We go to the afternoon filming and have dinner in the area afterward – usually Cuban or Peruvian, because if you live in a big city, you should definitely take advantage of every cuisine on offer!

During the lockdown, Jeopardy was a consistent distraction and comforting place for us to put our attention day after day. The champion at that time, Amy Schneider, was a delightful juggernaut of inspiration to watch. I have since kept track of her and what she does, and in one of her interviews she mentioned enjoying this book. Since I’m taking my cue from super smart people, I immediately went out and got it and read it! This is truly one of the most comprehensive books I’ve ever read on tarot cards and the myriad ways one can interpret them based on everything from the differences in deck, numerology, astrology, and symbology as known through various cultures.

Read it, yea or nay? Yea!

I would definitely advise anybody interested in symbology to check it out. If you are thinking about becoming a reader yourself, it’s an essential guidebook to have on hand.

Thanks for the recommendation, Amy Schneider. You’re the best!
